My swim camp is been done ending with a 10 HOUR swim today
Day 1
IcenDice- 3 laps in Carlingford harbour at night with an ice bath inbetween each lap!
Day2
Swim from Greers to Omeath
Battle of Carlingford cancelled at Omeath due to poor weather conditions so 7.5K swim back at Carlingford instead (3 x 2.5K loops)
Day 3
Champion of Champions (8K, 5K, 2K)
I just did the 8K swim and had a rest in the afternoon ready for…
Day 4
1.30am meet for delayed 3am start (windy ++) of a 10 h swim in 13.2C water
Started with loops in the dark in the harbour to have some shelter from the wind. Then made our way down to Omeath with lots of big loops en route
Amazing safety and boat crew support. Thank you so much infinity Channel Swimming for a great weekend.
