7. Swim Event Participation:

Participation in Infinity Channel Swimming events is at your own risk. You must be in good health and physically prepared to swim in open water. Infinity Channel Swimming reserves the right to deny participation to any individual for any reason.

8. Postponement, Emergency delay or cancellations:

Swim events are subject to change in schedule or complete cancellation due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: high wind, extreme rain or hail, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, flood, acts of terrorism, fire, threatened or actual strike, labour difficulty or work stoppage, insurrection, war, public disaster, unavoidable casualty and pandemic. Infinity Channel Swimming reserves the right to make such changes at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.

9. Refunds:

In the event of a complete cancellation of a swim event due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, Infinity Channel Swimming will issue a refund to registered participants. No refunds will be issued for changes in swimmers' schedules or other modifications to the event.

10. Code of Conduct:

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and to follow all event rules and regulations. Any participant who engages in unsportsmanlike conduct or violates event rules may be disqualified from the event.

11. Limitation of Liability:

Infinity Channel Swimming is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the use of our services or participation in our events. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
