I completed my best ever swim at Battle of Carlingford Lough 7.5km race. Going a little further at 7.8km just under 3hrs, best consistent pace at 2.15/100m. Last 1km through large clumps of seaweed.

Great company with Ger, Corinna, John and Doug who also completed an epic 6hr swim as well as the 7.5km swim. – My goal next year!

I met Ocean 7 swimming legends, swimmers from all over the world and a special crew of talented Junior and young adult swimmers – the future of open water.
