Harry Jordan receives the infinity Lough Keepers Award

infinity Channel Swimmings Pádraig Mallon presented Harry Jordan with a Poseidon trophy acknowledging his passion for community and his love of Open Water swimming.

Harry spoke to a full of Open Water swimmers during the final award ceremony for HITtheWALL 8 2024 and he told of his disappointment of not being able to complete the 2024 Battle of Carlingford Lough due to another commitment but also his delight that the same event was cancelled due to the poor weather conditions. Pádraig Mallon CEO of infinity group gave the audience examples of Harry’s dedication to the community of Open Water Swimmers in the Carlingford area and presented him with the trophy. It was a surprise for Harry been invited as a guest to the evening celebrations but not knowing. Harry attended with his Grandson 7 years young who began his swimming journey at infinity Swim Academy and who has aspirations of swimming long distance in open water.

Harry said afterwards he was really surprised , honoured and grateful.
